‘The Wanderer’ holds an unidentified person inside its black furry dome that is free to physically and mentally travel about the gallery space. Blindfolded from their surroundings and the viewers, the figure enters this transitional space where they are both ominous and alluring. The flocked surface of the dome both invites the audience to touch its soft exterior whilst also blocking any reflection, making it appear as a sinister black hole.
